A professional with a decade of experience in the games industry. Initially focussed on art, I have expanded into design, spending the last three years as a level designer. Most proficient working in Unity, creating low-poly models and painterly textures and sprites.


EXPERIENCE:

Lotus Mountain Creative, LLC: South Jordan, UT

Level Designer/Artist, Remote Contract (May 2022 - Aug 2024)

  • Designed 21 levels for Narcalid, featuring narrative hubs, and player ability reinforcement challenges. Also  implemented in-game cutscenes 

  • Set-dressed all 32 game levels leveraging library assets and created key assets to ensure visual distinction and appeal

  • Implemented four unique level mechanics created with C# scripts, custom sprites and effects

  • Designed and scripted the game’s final boss encounter with mechanics that tested players mastery of their abilities

 

Grey Havens, LLC: Brookline, MA

3D Generalist, Remote Contract (September 2016 - August 2019)

  • Designed costumes, pets, accessories, and weapon skins for Spiral Knights, included in over 20 loot boxes.

  • Provided broader support for live service operations for loot boxes and seasonal events

  • Designed level prefabs for the Treasure Vault update


Monomi Park, LLC: San Mateo, CA
Additional Artist, Remote Contract, Part-Time (September 2016 - October 2018)

  • Modeled and textured 17 props for Slime Rancher, across the games early access and post release updates

  • Created three modular building kits for Ogden’s Wild update

  • Created environment assets, weapons, and player cosmetics for Spiral Knights

  • Imported existing and created new art assets and effects for Rise of Knights
